Negotiations will always continue throughout the court process. If the parties fail to reach a resolution then the court will provide direction and guidance and ultimately, the judge will make a decision.
If an urgent financial or child related issue needs to be resolved, then an emergency application can be made the court. We will advise you should this be necessary.
